RootsMagic Adds Find My Past Web Hints

Just in time for the National Genealogical Society Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, RootsMagic announced that they have added Find My Past records to the web hints available from within their program.

From within the RootsMagic program, notifications of possible matches are highlighted with a light bulb icon letting them know of possible records for an ancestor on Family Search, My Heritage and now from Find My Past with web hints from Ancestry expected to be added by the end of this year. The update to enable web hints from Find My Past will come through the normal update process for all users. As with other web hints, the Find My Past hints can be turned on or off in the program options.

To celebrate the announcement, Find My Past and RootsMagic are offering a 12-month World subscription with a 20% discount, valid only until Thursday, May 19, 2016.

Read the announcement on the RootsMagic blog here for more details. As a long time Find My Past user, I can’t wait to try these out!
